Registration Period:

Open: 10:00 am, Sept. 12, 2024
Close: 10:00 am, Sept. 13, 2024

Club registration will be first come, first serve. Registration will be closed once the club fills up to the maximum class size. Confirmation emails will be sent no later than Sep. 18th. Due to the limited number of spaces available, you will be only allowed to sign your child up for TWO after-school club. On a day with more than one club option, you can only choose one to attend. Pick your favorite for that day!

If you sign up for more than two, your child will be removed from one of the clubs. The clubs will have once-a-week sessions until the end of the semester. Kindly note that students will not be allowed to transfer from one club to another.

If the desired club is full, kindly try signing up for your second option. If that club is also full, you can select the option to add your child to the waitlist by scanning the ‘Waiting List’ QR code. If a spot opens up, we will add students from the waitlist in the order they registered.

Vendor Clubs

Some clubs are offered by outside certified vendors.
• Important: These clubs are NOT free, and payment must be made directly to the vendor, not to the school.
• No Refund Policy with exception of class quarantine

Snack policy

• Children may bring a healthy snack from home to eat after the club session.
• Ensure the snack is packed with your child in the morning.
• Snack must be able to store at room temperature.

Absence notification

If your child will miss a club session, please inform the club teacher/coach in advance. Communication ensures teachers are aware and can adjust accordingly.

After-School Behavior Expectations

• School rules apply during after-school clubs.
• Students must follow the instructions of their teachers and coaches.
• Three Warning Policy: After three recorded warnings, students will be disqualified from the club.

Dismissal

• Dismissal will take place at 4:30 p.m.
• Parents/guardians to pick up at the elementary gate.
